We want you to love your yarn and crafting supplies. Because we are a small, local shop, we have established the following policies to ensure we can keep bringing beautiful fibers to our community for years to come.

Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Processing Time
We know you’re excited to get started on your next project! Please allow up to 1-2 days for us to carefully pack and process your order. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your supplies are on their way.
Shipping Rates
Domestic Shipping: Shipping charges for your order are calculated in real-time and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping: At this time, we only offer international shipping to Canada.
Local Store Pickup
Skip the shipping fees and stop by to say hi!
Pickup Hours: Tuesday–Friday 10am–6pm, Saturday 10am–5pm

How it works: Choose "Store Pickup" at checkout. We will send you an email as soon as your order is ready for you to grab.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase or delivery date for store credit only. We do not offer cash, debit, or credit card refunds.
To Be Eligible for a Return:
Items must be in the exact condition you received them: unused, unopened, with original tags intact, and in
their original packaging.
The Yarn Shop Rule: Because we must maintain the highest quality for all our crafters, yarn that has been wound into cakes or balls, or yarn with any animal hair, smoke, or dust, cannot be accepted for store credit.
You must provide a receipt, proof of purchase, or your online order number.
Final Sale Items:
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned for store credit:
Books and magazines, Gift cards or e-gift cards, Custom products or special orders
Return Windows & Policy
All accepted returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase or delivery date.
Approved returns will be issued a digital or physical store credit for the value of the merchandise.
Note: Store credit is issued for the cost of the merchandise only. Initial shipping costs and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
How to Process Your Return
1. In-Store Returns
Simply bring your items and your original receipt to our shop during normal business hours. We will inspect the items and issue your store credit right at the counter.
2. Online Returns
We do not process direct exchanges online. The fastest way to get what you need is to return your original item for store credit and use that credit to place a separate order for your new supplies.
To start an online return:
1. Email us at info@fiddlesticksfiberarts.com with your Name, Address, Order Number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to ship your package.
3. Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Receiving Your Store Credit
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you via email. If approved, your store credit gift card/code will be issued and emailed to you within 3 to 5 business days, ready to use on your next creative project!
Damages and Defective Items
Please inspect your items as soon as they arrive. In the event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please email us immediately at info@fiddlesticksfiberarts.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
We address these issues on a case-by-case basis and will always do our absolute best to work toward a fair and satisfactory solution!
